Members select the AWG plan through benefit consultants, employer groups and health and welfare plans.Contacts are available to you exclusively through your affiliation with the Aging with Grace Network.You gain exposure for your community or services to a unique group of network members.

Qualified Referrals

The AWG program is based on an innovative approach focused on educating, coordinating and facilitating individualized care options one family at a time.

Experienced Eldercare Specialists work to develop a true relationship with members by understanding their specific clinical and financial needs, and service time frames.

Aging with Grace supplies only qualified leads, not scores of time-wasting Internet leads.

Each member referred by AWG has been fully qualified for the providers’ services prior to contact being made.

NO Referral Fees

Aging with Grace does not charge a fee for our referrals.

In lieu of referral fees, Preferred Providers agree to extend a member discount to AWG Network Members who choose your property or services.

As a Preferred Provider

• You agree to extend a member discount.
• You will be listed on our website in the online directory by business name, city, county and state. You have the option of enhancing your listing for an annual fee of $365.00 per location.
• This Premium Listing includes your community name, address, telephone and fax numbers, contact person’s name, email address, service or product name, service type, your community or corporate logo and a hyperlink from our website to yours. A Premium Listing maximizes your exposure to the Aging with Grace members for just one dollar a day.
